Cruise Information
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
A Passport is not required for cruise from the U.S. – Effective January 23, 2007, the U.S. Government will require that ALL guests, including U.S. citizens, be in possession of a valid passport when traveling to the U.S. by air. While a passport is not required we do recommend traveling with one should you find it necessary to return from a foreign port by air. Foreign nationals should contact their respective governments to obtain further details. For more information or to get a passport application, visit http://travel.state.gov/
All guests must present an original birth certificate with a state seal and a government issued picture ID (driver’s license) or a current passport as required documentation at embarkation. Guests without the required documentation will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued. Please understand that Royal Caribbean will strictly enforce this requirement to be in compliance with this important U.S. Government mandate.
For more information, or to get a passport application, visit http://www.travel.state.gov/.

CAN I CHECK-IN ONLINE BEFORE MY CRUISE?
Yes!!! This will save you a lot of time checking in at the pier. Completing our online check-in process will save you from having to fill out forms at the pier, which means your cruise vacation can start immediately. Visit www.royalcaribbean.com, click on "Before You Board", then "Online Check-In" up to 2 days prior to your sail date. The guest assistance agents will validate all information prior to boarding. Please note that any discrepancies may result in a delay or denial of boarding. All you need are your reservation number, last name, ship and sailing date to check in online.
CRUISE CHECK-IN AT THE PIER
If you have checked in online, bring your signed SetSail Pass and identification documents with you to the cruise terminal. Proceed to the SetSail area where one of the guest assistance agents will verify your identification documents and issue your SeaPass card to board the ship. If you have not checked in online, bring your completed Guest Information Forms, Charge Account & Cruise Ticket Form and identification documents to the cruise terminal where one of the guest assistance agents will process your cruise documents, verify identification documents, check you in for your cruise and direct you to the ship.
HOW DO I PAY FOR ITEMS ONBOARD?
You'll be given a SeaPass card to use for all purchases you make on the ship. At the end of your vacation, the balance will be billed to the credit card of your choice, or you can pay in cash.
The Guest Relations Desk can provide guests with a balance update at any time throughout the cruise.
All charges will automatically be billed to the guest's credit card at the end of the voyage. On the final morning of the cruise, a statement detailing all purchases made with the SeaPass card will be delivered to the guest's stateroom. The total amount will be applied to the credit card presented during registration. For those guests who put down a cash deposit, if there is an overpayment at the end of the cruise, the guest will receive the overpayment in the form of a check attached to their detailed statement on the final morning of the cruise. If there are any discrepancies, these must be cleared with the Purser’s Office prior to leaving the ship.
