Yes, we have arranged for air discounts with several airlines for those booking their airline reservations through The Travel Co. Call 800-864-6936 for information. You may also request air transportation through Royal Caribbean International by calling the Travel Co.
CAN I BOOK TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE PORT?
Yes, to request transfers, please email: info@travelco-sc.com . You must include your airline, your flight numbers, your departure point of the final leg, your arrival time in Miami or Ft. Lauderdale and your departure flight information from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
We highly recommend, if at all possible, flying into the Miami International Airport. The Port of Miami is approximately 10 miles (30 minutes driving time) from the Miami International Airport. Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is also available and is approximately 45 minutes from the Port of Miami.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE FLIGHTS?
Arriving Flights
Please schedule your flight to arrive in to Miami International Airport no later than 2 pm.
In order to ensure everyone has time to pass through security, all guests must check in at least 60 minutes in advance of scheduled departure. If you have not checked in 60 minutes prior to departure, you will be considered a no-show, and your booking will be cancelled and cancellation penalties applied.
For guests flying into Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, please schedule your flight to arrive no later than 1:00 pm. The approximate travel time between the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and the Port of Miami is approximately 45 minutes.
Departing Flights
Give yourself plenty of time between the time you get off the ship and the time you need to board your flight home. Remember you must go through customs when you get off the ship.
For guests flying out of the Miami International Airport, please schedule your flight to depart no earlier than 12:00 pm.
For guests flying out of the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, please schedule your flight to depart no earlier than 1:00 pm.

Directions to Pier:
From Miami International Airport to the Port of Miami: Take SR 836 East through the toll. Exit at N.E. 2nd Avenue/Biscayne Blvd (US1). Turn right on N.E. 2nd Avenue. Stay in your left lane to N.E. 5th Street. Turn left on N.E. 5th Street and drive across the big bridge. Follow the signs to pier 4 & 5.
From South Dade Area to the Port of Miami: Take SR 826 North to SR 836 East through the toll. Exit at N.E. 2nd Avenue/Biscayne Blvd (US1). Turn right on N.E. 2nd Avenue. Stay in your left lane to N.E. 5th Street. Turn left on N.E. 5th Street and drive across the big bridge. Follow the signs to pier 4 & 5.
From Florida Keys to the Port of Miami: Take US1 North to Florida Turnpike North. Follow signs to 874 North to SR 836 East. Travel through the toll. Exit at N.E. 2nd Avenue/Biscayne Blvd (US1). Turn right on N.E. 2nd Avenue. Stay in your left lane to N.E. 5th Street. Turn left and drive across the big bridge. Follow the signs to pier 4 & 5.
From Ft. Lauderdale Airport or Broward County to the Port of Miami: Drive I-95 South to Miami Beach I-395 (Exit #5). Exit at N.E. 2nd Avenue/Biscayne Blvd (US1). Turn right on N.E. 2nd avenue and stay in your left lane to N.E. 5th Street. Turn left and drive across the big bridge. Follow the signs to pier 4 & 5.
From Orlando to the Port of Miami: Take Florida Turnpike to I-95 South. Drive I-95 South to Miami Beach I-395 (Exit #5). Exit at N.E. 2nd Avenue/Biscayne Boulevard (US1). Turn right on N.E. 2nd Avenue to N.E. 5th Street. Turn left on N.E. 5th Street and drive across the big bridge. Follow the signs to pier 4 & 5.
From Downtown Miami to Miami International Airport: Take Biscayne Boulevard North to I-195 West (36th Street). Continue West on S.R. 112 to Airport.
PARKING AT THE PIER
Parking is available at the pier for a daily fee on a first-come first-serve basis. Prices vary.
